Our Leaders

Bishop Ray Charles Lewis, born and raised in Jasper, TX, has been a dedicated leader and pastor at Faith Temple Church for 40 years. Coming from a large family of 14 brothers and sisters, he is the embodiment of the values of community and service. Bishop Lewis has devoted his life to sharing the love of Jesus Christ and has been a pillar of the community, fostering a welcoming environment where individuals can grow in their faith.

Evangelist Janett Lewis, a native of Buna, TX, brings her passion for ministry, worship, and community to their shared mission. With one sister and one brother, Evangelist Lewis understands the importance of family and connection.

Bishop Ray C. and Janett Lewis have been married since 2004 and reside in Jasper, Tx. Together, they have five children, Anetra, Anthony, Rashad, Kimpton, and Kimberly. They have twelve grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of godchildren, creating a rich legacy of love and faith.

Committed to the church’s mission of living out the Gospel, Bishop and Evangelist Lewis focus on strengthening faith, practicing radical generosity, and serving those in need. They are devoted to building disciples and spreading the hope and joy of Christ until all are reached; until all are served.
